Sharp Tea was born from a simple conviction: that the best things in life can't be rushed. In 2018, our founders — a pastry chef and a tea sommelier — opened our doors on Astronaut Ellison S Onizuka Street with nothing but flour, butter, and an obsession with quality.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn. Our croissants undergo 27 layers of French butter, folded by hand. Our teas are sourced directly from small estates in Assam, Darjeeling, and Uji. We don't do mass production. We do craft.
